OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
We offer THREE shipping methods: Local Delivery within 5 miles, Standard and Expedited USPS Delivery​
- Local Delivery within 5 miles: 1-2 business days with a flat delivery fee of $6.95. Please note that any orders placed after 12:00pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. There are no Sunday deliveries.
- Standard shipping : 3-5 business days with a flat shipping rate of $7.95.
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days with a flat shipping rate of $9.95
** Local taxes and shipping rates may apply**
-Once the order has shipped and been given to the carrier, Rosaic is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. You will need to open a claim with the carrier if your order is lost or stolen.
**Please note that once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled**
OUR RETURN POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
· Returns must be made/requested within 10 days of receiving the product
· All items must include purchase receipt, original Rosaic Tag and be unused
· Returns without a receipt will result in a store credit
· Returns without all original Rosaic Tags WILL NOT be accepted
· If you are returning an item due to it being damage/defective, Rosaic will cover the return shipping cost. A refund will be issued to the original form of purchase.​
- If an item is being returned due to something other than damaged defective, the customer is responsible for the return and the shipping cost. A refund will be issued to the original form of purchase.

What we recommend to maintain the quality/integrity of your product.
We suggest washing all items on the handwashing/delicate setting ,on cold, inside out with mild detergent and either hanging dry or lying flat . Please note that these items are purchased through a wholesaler, therefore are subject to defects, and normal wear and tear. No one item is the exact same and some may vary in color and/or pattern. If you do notice an issue with the product you have purchased please contact Rosaic at shoprosaic@gmail.com and visit our return policy for additional information. We will do our very best to resolve the issue and ensure your shopping experience is one to remember.
**Product warranties for damaged defective items are covered under our return (s) policy. Please be sure to review the return policy prior to your purchase.**
