Our Story

We are the founders JaHanna and Kyle Kurtz. A mom and dad trying to make a difference for their children, all while making an impact on their community. When we began our small business journey we weren't sure where to begin. After careful consideration, A LOT of back and forth we thought, clothing! With the corporate world changing, people's work from home life changing and overall lifestyle change, cross-functional apparel is here to stay, and we wanted a piece of it. Who doesn't want to be comfortable all the time,  and strike that life balance as they transition throughout their daily routine?

So why Rosaic, you ask? Derived from their son's name Roman, the word Mosaic and Mosaic Down Syndrome we chose Rosaic. Our son Roman is one of the lucky few who has been blessed with the super power of an extra chromosome. Roman has always been a resilient child, overcoming challenges as he has navigated his Down Syndrome Diagnosis. Though their genetic make up may be a little different, the bond between Roman and his sister   is like tiny puzzle pieces cemented together, essentially making our entire family a beautiful tapestry.  As their parents we wanted to take a page out of their book, take on this challenge, a leap of faith and help write our family's story. Our hope is that Roman and Gianna (Gigi) will be able to call this their own after we are long gone.
