WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

  • We take most major credit cards : Discover, Visa, Amex, & Mastercard. We also accept Venmo.

*Rosaic is not responsible for any charges you may incur through your card holders policies. Please review your cardholder policies prior to purchase*

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING POLICIES/OPTIONS?

  • We currently only ship anywhere in the U.S. - shipping fees/rates my vary based on location/destination

  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible for any shipping fees when the order is placed

  • We are new and will work diligently to get your package out the door. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. 

**Please note: Rosaic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit you will need to file a claim with the carrier. Rosaic has no control  on the route or timing in which the order will be delivered once it has been shipped. Please save your tracking information upon order confirmation. **

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Here at Rosaic we work with some of the best wholesalers and local companies to select items just for you.

However, we understand you may need to return an item. As we want to be sure that you have a great shopping experience we do accept returns on unused items with original tags and damage/defective items. Please see below for all guidelines on returns.

Return Policy​

  • Returns must be made/requested within 15 days of receiving the product 

  • All items must include purchase receipt, original Rosaic Tag and be unused

  • Returns without a receipt will result in a store credit

  • Returns without all original Rosaic Tags WILL NOT be accepted

  • If you are returning an item due to it being damage/defective you may either do  an even exchange, store credit or refund to original tender. 

  • If an item is being returned due to something other than damaged defective, the customer is responsible for the return and the shipping cost. A refund will be issued to the original form of purchase.

  • Final Sale items are NOT eligible for return. 

  • Accessories ex. Hats are not eligible for return.

  • Rosaic will offer a return label for damaged/defective items ONLY. Please submit your request with an image.

What Happens When an Item is Out of Stock

  • The Rosaic team purchases wholesale and works with local businesses to create their vision. Please know we do our best to update inventory regularly. However, there may be a time an item is out of stock and the website did not update, due to inventory constraints, or delay in wholesale orders etc. Please know that we are working to get any inventory issues rectified.
